Training at Meyer Fitness is built around the Power Athlete training methodology, one of the most respected strength and performance systems used by athletes, coaches, and high performers around the world.Power Athlete was founded by John Welbourn, a former NFL player, and developed through years of real-world training with professional athletes, tactical professionals, and serious lifters.This system has been tested with thousands of athletes across multiple sports and performance environments.

ony is a husband, a dad, and someone who takes a lot of pride in being able to show up for his family every day.A big part of his life is spent outdoors — especially hunting — and that’s shaped how he views fitness. It’s not about looking a certain way. It’s about being capable, staying healthy, and having the energy to do the things that actually matter.That’s what led him to coaching.Through Power Athlete, Tony built a system around strength, structure, and sustainability — training that helps you feel better, move better, and stay consistent long term.But this didn’t start from a perfect place.Tony’s gone through his own transformation. He’s been out of shape, carried extra weight, and worked his way to where he is now — the strongest and most fit he’s ever been. The way he trains today is something he’s tested and refined on himself first.Meyer Fitness is an extension of that.A place for people who want to train with purpose, get stronger, and build something that actually lasts.
